In my role as Manager Operations at SkylineDx it is important to be in continuous contact with my colleagues, suppliers, manufacturers and distributors to oversee all operational activities at every level. From development to actual deliveries, processes need to be monitored and when needed adjusted. Only then we can improve the care for our patients and be sure we have our products ready on time and delivered at the right place.
