I have been working in healthcare for many years, first within clinical research and then in biotechnology sales.  My motivation has always been caring about the physicians and the patients they/we serve.  Patients deserve to know everything they can about their cancer and our genomic assays arm them with key knowledge so that they can make the right decision for themselves.
