Curiosity has driven me to learn how to write code in various languages, from C++ to Python, and after more than a decade, it still amazes me how to command machines, to do our daily bidding. As a trained Bioinformatician, I have a particular interest in utilizing Machine Learning to interrogate data sets which lead us on the track of diagnosing diseases and predicting the prognostics of patients’ disease trajectories. We at SkylineDx aim to stay on top of our game and through the identification of causally relevant biomarkers, push for the development of universally predictive genetic tests. It is my pleasure to see ideas, which were first thoughts on a white board, to be manifested in an assay, that benefits others and improves overall patient care.
